Hello Danny,

Today was as fresh as fresh could be.  As an antidote to 37C, here are a few pictures to help to cool you down....

:) Thank you for that Bill, "I can feel the crunch of the ice under my feet and feel the sweet coldness of the air taking my breath away"  (I wish!!) Firebells ringing most of the day in various directions. Spot fires around. Hope we haven't got the dreaded arsonists' about. Nothing big just now.

When I was a student nurse we used to go in there during school blocks, we got told off once when we went in in uniform, a member of the public had seen us and reported us to the hospital. After that we went to the pub at Hartshead Pike were no one would see us.

Hello Kennetho.

On (C)Old Street looking towards the junction with Oldham Road.  The Star Inn is on the nearest corner on the right and the library is the sandstone building with the snow on the roof on the other corner.  I'm the one shivering behind the camera ;).
