Ooh dear!  Sorry for all the rainy weather you're having in Ashton - looks like someone is trying to fill up Ashton Baths again!!   However, absolutely delighted to report that yesterday (May 24th) and today, Sunday, have been absolutely gorgeous for us!  26C with blue sky and just a tiny breeze.  However I think we deserve it after our horrible winter and about 2 weeks of grey skies, rainstorms, thunder and lightning, and even a tornado not that far away in Mildmay, Ont. last week.   Fortunately no people were injured - a barn and livestock were in its path though, and so they went for a Burton!   Hope you all have much nicer weather soon.

;D ;D   If you lower the price a little bit, Bill, I might consider buying a ticket!  Anything to see dear old Ashton-under-Lyne, even if it has a new face!!   ;) ;D

Bill, If this is a ticket to ride (Ryde), might it also be a ticket to cows (Cowes)? Either way, as a luxury cruise, I'm sure it'll be alright (Wight) on the night. Have a safe journey.
