I was in the choir at Holy Tripe shop.I have photos of the parade
taken from an upstairs window on Stamford St. taken during the walks around  late 40's They must have been taken by a pro.
I seem to think the  parish boundary was Cavendish St. to Stamford St. to Richmond St. to Kenyon St.

Would that be the Methodish Chapel opposite the Black school. the graves are still there and the grave stones piled up and covered with soil.

Just on Goggle Earth,that's a pretty unusually secluded mansion where the library was.
I hope the owner isn't one of the local establishment boys (or girls or don't knows)

hi we have done the parishes and the districts , but i believe there was a district for the irish in the 20s ???it might been earlier ? i know there was a poor area does anyone know where the poor and irish area where  it was  thanks greeny

The only Area I know that had a large Irish settlement was round St Ann Church and the History Forum as done walks telling you the History Fudge
