hi what frightens me is the tories get in with a big majority , and start passing changes through parliament ,it could be another thatcher , she would be strong but not for the likes of us , labour have lost a bit of clout and a coalition government won't work so who's left ukip ,social democrats ,bnp , the pensioners will get a bashing god help the nhs and the education system will be be for the haves and have nots . and brexit will go out the windows , i think this election will be one of the most important one we have had for many a year we have all got to ask questions, and we shall hold the mps to answer  if they give us what we want to hear, then once elected load of codswallop,so if you are working class , a pensioner, family person , single and want your own home and a fairer out come you have to make your mind up who will lead us best and it won't be the tories pity  we can't vote for snp  :)

I agree things are very concerning. I would like to know why the police are no longer a visible presence on our streets, why the NHS has been allowed to descend into chaos, why many schools are crumbling through lack of maintenance yet the government must be saving money hand over fist by squeezing council budgets and other public services so where is that money going? Of course one answer is foreign aid prompted by soothing noises from Bill Gates.

In my humble opinion you'll find that a gubbmint can just about get away with murder as long as the opposition is weaker than a weak thing, if you look at Corby's mob ...

Shadow Cabinet (excluding the Flabbott):
A team
Tom Watson
Emily Thornberry
John McDonnell
Keir Starmer
Angela Rayner

B team (who the f...)
Valerie Vaz
Angela Smith
Cat Smith
John Healey
Debbie Abrahams
David Anderson
Andew Gwynne
Richard Burgon
Sue Hayman
Kate Osamor
Rebecca Long-Bailey

Notable others:
Hilary Benn
Yvetter Cooper
Harriet Harman
Frank Field
Dennis Skinner
Caroline Flint
Rosie Winterton
Keith Vaz
Maria Eagle

It's not a very edifying list is it?. Hardly surprising that Mother Theresa can just keep tightening the screws  :) So it's keep the current mob or back to the 70's with strikes, power cuts, half mast brown polyester pants and stripey tops  :)

The Saxon is not like those Euros. His manners are not so polite.
But he never means anything serious till he talks about justice and right.
When he stands like an ox in the furrow--with his sullen set eyes on your own,
And grumbles, 'This isn't fair dealing,' my son, leave the Saxon alone.

It is Labour Party policy to keep Trident, when voting for Labour you are voting for the party not one man, JC cannot dictate party policy. People should stop reading gutter press and watching bias BBC News.

HI all.

"I spent 33 years and 4 months in active military service as a member of this Country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I seved in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major General. And during these periods, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle-man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a Gangster for capitalism.

I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the national city bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benifit of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-12. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American suger interests in 1916. in China i helped to see to it that Standard oil went its way unmolested.....

During those years, I had, as the boys in the backroom would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts, I operated mine on three continents."

The above was written by General Smedley Butler in the 1920's, as you can see, NOTHING has changed since then. We have had another World war, Several other wars, (Vietnam, Falklands, libya, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, ad nausium) ALL in the name of Capitalism. Today we are again stuck with capitalist right wingers, Trump and May. It's about time we gave Socialism another go, because from where i am standing, Capitalism just ain't working for the average man in the street. Vote labour, give Jeremy a chance. If not, get your kids ready for another round of regime change killings, hopefully the kids being killed are not yours.

Just a thought......

Great idea, just look at Venezuela, socialism really worked there  ;)

Who's Next was better  :), am not having a funeral service but if I did I'd have "Won't get fooled again" played as my ashes were blasted from the muzzle of a Chieftain tank  :)

Hi all, Venezuela is the way it is BECAUSE of American involvement. It has nothing to do with the socialist Government, and more to do with American covert intervention. Think of any South American right wing Dictator over the last sixty years, and you can bet they were trained at the school of the America's and backed by the Americans, all in the name of 'America's national interests'.

Hundreds of thousands of indigenous South American people from Mexico to the tip of Argentina have been slaughtered over the last 100 years in places like Colombia, Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil, Panama, El salvadore, Honduras, Guatamala, all in the name of keeping American banks, oil and busnessmen in profit, while keeping the workers of these Country's from voting for the socialist Government's they desired. Anyone who thinks America is a beacon of light in the world has a lot to learn.

Britain is no different, read up on how the British Governments of the 20's kept the Arab's in check!! we bombed the shit out of them until they did as they were told. We killed thousands of them. All in the name of Capitalism.

I have no doubt you will say, what about socialism in Russia? or China? well if you read your history you will find Britain and American were also involved in trying to lord it over them as well, but didnt fare so well.

Last but not least, when we mention Nationalisation in Britain, all the right winger's shout, NO, it doesnt work. Yet when the banks have their problem's, what do the Government do? bail them out with BILLIONS of taxpayer's money, which, if i am not mistaken is, NATIONALISATION, is it not? But they will allow the NHS (a socialist idea, by the way) to fall by the wayside.

Just a thought.....

Daftjack.  8) 8) 8) Viva Ernesto Viva........Viva Jeremy Viva.
