Autumn In Ashton
« on: September 12, 2011, 07:19 AM »
Hi, as I have been driving around on my bus, I have been taking in all the lovely colours that I now see in all the trees. I went for a short walk upto the pond I love at Parkbridge late yesterday, and I took my camera. I then set the pictures to music. To have a peek, it's Here
If it sounds too good to be true,it probably is!

Fabulous voice of Eva Cassidy (who sadly died young) to accompany your great photos. Thanks for sharing :)

Happy birthday Kevin , and thanks to You and all the other lovely people on here  :)   I have fallen in love with my camera all over again !  I am really pleased with the stunning quality it captures.
You sure do get what you pay for . ( It's a Canon 500D for anyone interested ! )  When I created the file with a program called Photo DVD Maker, I thought it was something special, and again, I am so pleased everyone likes it. Again for all you techno freaks like me, my next purchase is going to be a Sony PJ10E  camcorder, it really is a must have, full HD, and the killer thing for me, it has a built in projecter that can project a 50 inch HD picture on any surface  ;D   Alas a holiday to Lanzarote is upcoming early November, so It probably won't be this side of Christmas, but expect my video's to go up a notch once I get my mitts on one  :D

Chris,  Super vid, and great musack, perfick!

Kevin, Happy 76th, and may you have many happy returns.

Herby, hope you're ok now, take care.

Hope everyone is ok after the storms, and it didn't wreak too much havoc!  A few strong gusts down here, but nothing like some parts have endured.  Off to a cousin's funeral in Staffordshire Friday, but travelling tomorrow by train, takes almost 4 hrs, and staying overnight. About the only time I see relatives these days as they all live in that area. Train travel isn't cheap either, especially if you want to travel at a reasonable hour!
