With all the Pubs closing down.What new names will they give to Bus stops.
Most stops on the No 9 Route.From Star Inn Oldham heading to Ashton Duke of Edingborugh.Mare and Foal,Half Way House bardsley,Black Diamond Wellington in Waterloo Woodman Hop Pole.I have most like'ly missed some.

Danny Sonia has had two Operations on her spine since the start of September,she is improving now.I have been head cook and bottle washer,I'm now having my status down graded has the boss is getting better.

Danny. Eric Brooks might have had a Motor Bike.George Connard no.There was Dennis Kellard who lived facing the old bottom club.There was Ken Hewitt who lived facing The War Memorial.They wern't the Motor Bike types.John Truelove not the type.
Eric Brooks Dad had an allotment down Lees St opposit  Victoria St.All the Allotments in Lees St where cleared away in 1947 to make way for Council Houses.We moved from Victoria St into the
second Council House no4 Lees st.
If I can remember any more I wil let you know (my seniors moments could be a bit more frequent than your's)

There was a family named Trulove in Bardsley they lived on Ashton rd there house was facing the start of Knott Lanes.There daughter married a Waterloo guy from a family who where named in this site he was a good footballer.
