We had a Census some time ago and can you  believe it. They sent the form back to me!
In response to question #4 "Do you have any dependants'
I replied- 2.1 million illegal immigrants. 1.1 million crack heads,4.4 million unemployable people, 90 thousand people in over 85 prisons, and 650 idiots in Parliament.
Apparently this was NOT an acceptable answer.

Ask a question.... / Chinese foods
« on: March 04, 2011, 11:04 PM »
There is a piece going around the internet about a Chinese restaurant in Manchester that disturbs me somewhat.
Apparently a workman went in the backdoor of this eating establishments and found the cooks skinning Rats!!! There are pictures showing the rats being skinned chopped up and made to look like chicken when cooked. I could submit the name of the Eatery but will refrain for obvious reasons.
Has anyone heard of this it says it is in Chinatown Manchester.

Looking for family or friends... / "Heginbottom school for boys"
« on: July 14, 2010, 12:26 AM »
Who went to the above school it was located in the Library, and shared many rooms with Ashton Tech School. Is the Manchester Rgt Reserve armoury still next door?
When I was at Heginbottom Mr Whtehead was Headmaster  Did you know he won the Military Cross for bravery in WW1 with the Manchesters.  I believe he went to Stamford when Heginbottom closed. Other teachers were  Mr Winded
(Math) a lot of the teachers went into the forces, I think that was why it was closed
